Morgan Vachon
Hey! My name is Morgan and I am 20 years old, living in Southern Maine. I am an Agent Experience Manager at a local real estate office, providing support to a group of amazing people in the real
estate for just over two years and have enjoyed every second of it. The best decision in my career that I ever made was just going for it at 18. I love watching people from all walks of life on their path of homeownership, and getting to help the agents succeed in their role!
Growing up I had the kind of dad who slapped a helmet on my head and told me to get outside. Whether I was riding on my four wheeler, his, one of our snowmobiles, or practicing my “driving” by sitting on his lap and steering. I’m so glad that he did because it truly planted seeds for lifelong hobbies. Four wheelers and snowmobiles grew into a love for trucks by the time I turned 16. My dad and I rebuilt my first truck together, and I will forever cherish that. I’ve always been a go-getter, and it’s allowed me to get my current truck that I love, as well as my Polaris RMK.
During the winter, my boyfriend and I are constantly loading up our snowmobiles and heading up to the County for a weekend away. We love exploring new areas, and are frequent fliers of Mars Hill, Rangeley, and Fort Kent. Visiting my family in Island Falls always makes the trip even better. I am a true lover of Maine, and all that it offers. I am looking forward to being a part of the Let ‘Er Rip community and meeting people with the same hobbies!

Morgan Riley
Hi, I’m Morgan from southern NH. I work full time as a manager at Wayfair, but my true passions lie in spending time at my camp in northern NH, behind the bars of my Summit, at the wheel of my 98’ C1500, or within the land of our National Parks.
Growing up, my mom owned a business in the male dominated demolition industry. She was the first one to show me that if a man can do it, so can I! My dad always encouraged me and took me along for his adventures, from four wheeling and hunting, to the racetrack and building classic cars.
The motorsports industry has become an outlet for me to build confidence and meet some truly amazing people. I want to focus on inspiring and empowering other women to push their limits and be unapologetically themselves!

Molly Nichols
My name is Molly, I’m 24. I’m the current New England Cross Country Pro Women’s Champion, racing with Team Jackwagon Racing. I started riding when I was young, on a Polaris 120, moving to a 500 and now on a Polaris Cross country race sled. I have been riding my whole life loving every second of it.
With five years racing experience, racing has become more than a passion -it’s my happy place. I thrive on the adrenaline, competition, and community that make this sport so unique. I love inviting friends to the races and seeing them fall in love with a sport and what it has so much to offer. As an ambassador, I’m proud to represent women in motorsports and show them that they can do it too.
